So, just back from seeing Echo and the bunny men in Newcastle.

Cracking gig and a few hot goth ladies in the crowd.

Never properly into them but love The Killing Moon, caught them a couple of times at festivals just to here it live and always enjoyed the full set

the land of saints & sinners

First saw them at the first WOMAD festival in Shepton Mallet, in 1982. Where they brought on the Drummers of Burundi to play with them on “All my colours”, I think.

Ian McCulloch subsequently announced that they were Echo and the Burundi-Men

On the same night also performing there were The Beat.

The Killing Moon for me was there crowning glory & an all time 80's classic - Who remembers Fiction Factory - Feels like Heaven - Flock of Seagulls - Wishing (If I Had A Photograph Of You?)

A bit off topic & genre...

Yet.. Joe Le Taxi - Vanessa Paradis.. I mean you would tho wouldn't you?

Seen them twice once back in the 80s and they played here a few years ago loved there album songs to learn and sing and that’s what I did and still do favourite track is Lips like sugar
