There’s a place down the bottom end of Grafton Street. You have to stand by the second last lamppost, cross your left leg over the right at the ankle, put your right hand on top of your head and wink at anyone who looks at you.

Sounds stupid but I promise that’s the swinger code in Dublin. It worked wonders for me last time I was there
