the land of saints & sinners

In the course of an average lifetime, while sleeping you will most likely eat around 70 assorted insects and 10 spiders, or more.

Whilst most insects are not harmful to eat and are a good source of protein. We digest them in our lives through processed foods and worse than spiders make their way into the mix.

What’s going on here guys….. It’s all over the news.
