"I'm a deadlift fiend. I've gone from not being able to really do it too ripping up 130kg with ease. Got my PB at 142.5kg. I'm aiming for 150kg by the end of the year. So proud of myself. "My gym goal is to avoid them. It's the spotters. Last time I was in a gym all I could hear was "Yeah Yeah it's all you bruv it's all you"! While a guy was benching a weight far to heavy with the help of the spotter. (So not all him at all!) That's why people wear headphones in the gym. " I go at 3 or 4am. It means I can avoid the “helpful” blokes who want to talk. | |||
