We don't make ours immediately we pull the duvet right back, straighten the bottom sheet and sort the pillows out then leave it to air with the window open. We make it properly later once it's freshened up.

I leave my bed to "air" so it's made, but the duvet is always pulled back

We do that first bit, but it doesn't freshen before we have to go to work so it gets left folded back. It's healthier to let everything air out (or that's my excuse, anyway!)

Oh we didn't do it when we worked and to be honest we don't always do it now

Allways make mine! Soon as I'm out of it! But it's best to pull quilt down and let it air but I never do! X

I am, most of the time. I have to warm my joints and muscles up first, and I like to open the window and air the bed.

I'll pop upstairs at some point yo close the window and drag the duvet back up.

I've just remembered I stripped my bed earlier and haven't re-made it

Is leaving the bed to air the same as leaving the dishes to soak?

It's been so quiet round here lately that not fully !doing the bed is about as close to scandal as it gets

I take it that you are a religious bed-maker?! And you never leave a dish sullied?

If I’ve got to flip the mattress and change the sheets then I will do that when I get round to it

Fold duvet over and get out.

Do work

Go to bed, pull duvet back over.

Seems pretty simple to me.

I normally leave the duvet folded back so the bed can air. It it tends to stay like that till I get back in it on a night especially on work days.
