I remember one couple who, failing to find anything wrong with the room but also desperate to win, proceeded to lift up the toilet cistern in one of the B&B’s and upon finding limescale in there, deduced loads of marks before saying they’d never return

I’ve worked out that the best chance to win is to be the first of the week and creat a good an impression as possible.

Afterwards, you can be as critical as all hell on everyone else’s and deduct points and eventual payments like mad; Victory is assured!

He lost the case sadly as he failed to take adequate legal proof of his claims although Judge Rinder was sympathetic to his plight
