Heres a weird one. For those of you in relationships do you argue/bicker much with your partners or are you united as a team

Many work through them or see them as making them stronger but as soon as there's disagreement I'm looking for exit's, I can't stand arguing or bickering in relationships so they get ended.

I hate friction as well caused by an argument or bickering. I have always told never go to bed on an argument either as you never know what may happen in the night.

We have the occasional disagreement however they are few and far between - I'm a much more say what's annoying you and move on kinda person, I absolutely hate raised voices and arguments I rarely see the need.

We don't bicker. We've watched a relationship where the people within it do and it can't be a good way to live, it's awkward to be around too.

Of course we argue.

Yeah we argue but we’re still a team.

We argue. I don’t think it’s an unusual thing for people to do in relationships.

I've noticed that very long term relationships go one of two ways. You either end up arguing continually or much less.

Especially after retirement

I was with my ex for 27 years. We argued the last 4. Before that we never ever argued and was in the same page for everything.

Arguing doesn't mean you're not a team. Arguing in front of other people probably does.

Used to argue a lot throughout our 30s and 40s…

Now we’ve approached the “live and let live” phase. Much happier. We work as a team when parenting and pretty much do our own thing the rest of the time. We don’t get to do as much together as we used to but neither seems that bothered about it lol.

I see those little old couples going on cruises and that’s never going to be us, haha!

I think you kind of rub the sharp edges off each other as time goes on. You argue less about relationship stuff and more about politics or what colour the kitchen blind should be

Carlisle usually

If we disagree on something we usually talk it through. I wouldn't say we argue or bicker as such.

Play fighting with words more than actions for sure. But not actually with any malice or intent

We disagree about stuff and argue rarely. It's normal to argue sometimes though.
