I’ve now only got a very small handful on the hot list because I had a clear out of a lot of people I am never going to message.

Mostly distance, also, when you see their statuses and verifications, it looks like they’ve already got an active life and don’t need me in it it. They don’t log on that often, so I can’t see their personality as the text on my profile is short.

There’s loads of different reasons why I won’t message somebody, on the flipside there’s loads of reasons why I do

Same! Now I like to keep tabs on myself, see what I’m up to, occasionally send myself the odd affirming DM

I confess, I only learned about the DMing yourself thing very recently… but I like it! Did you know you can WhatsApp yourself!?"

I find that really useful for shopping lists and anything I need to remember. Along with a things to do list x

I use notes on my phone and tick emoji sort of thing but that’s a good idea.
