Does anyone else feel even more ashamed of their looks and feel even more self conscious since joining? Being on fab has definitely being a learning experience but largely just by face pic alone is enough to end a chat! Which if not clear already, is totally kwl. Just wander what it is that makes me so undesirable any one else had that? x

Perhaps you are just being too honest. The vast majority of people on here are fantasist! So they feel its OK to lie. I'm sure you are OK. It's not you. It's them that are ruining this site.

Please don't take rejection to heart on here. Not only are there thousands of men to women and then couples but also people are fickle. Being behind a screen does tend to make people more ruthless and less kind.

1st thing OP- don't let Fab get you down or feel 'shame'. Take a breather, if it affects you negatively.

You will not be meet material for most people, not for any negative reasons about your looks or personality. It's just life. Most people will not be mutually compatible with most other people. Accepting this and you have realistic expectations.

Nah, you're in a majority seeking meets with the minority. Chances are we're not all everyone's cup of tea. I'd like to think I'm not a total mong, but I've had a few not my type messages back too. Better than meeting someone who isn't keen though, look at it that way

The second people start, strangers if that, making you question yourself is the time to take a step back. This place isn't a rejection, it's a split second decision that people usually make because they have the option to do so. They don't know who you are or what you bring to the table, they aren't rejecting you as a person so you shouldn't take it personal. Know your worth, recognise what you bring to the table and you'll attract the right people for you. The only thing anyone needs to remember about this place is, don't let someone else's preference dictate your self esteem.

Aww Holly thank you. that is the loveliest and kindest response I could have imagined and hope true. It just always vexed me not understanding how the world or more specifically I guess how woman see me. I have mild asparagus so social situations was always been a challenge but manageable through masking. This is different attraction and looks. I know like most things I can’t fix it but possibly with better understanding I can manage my self better on hopes and dreams of kids, marriage, going up to a girl and saying hay and not make a burk of myself. With here you get little to no chance to make a good impression other than an attempt to introduce yourself to strangers and your photos, so it literally the most rudimentary gut instinct that everything else derives from so understanding that about myself would help I guess. There certainly plenty of flaws to discover after lol xx
