Do you ever get days where you feel like your brain just doesn't work and you find it tough going to put your thoughts into words to accurately describe how you feel in a coherent way?

Maybe I need more sleep or water or something, but it's just one of those days

I get “fibro fog” on occasion and that’s horrible, like trying to speak in 2 foreign languages at the same time. And struggling to remember simple words.

Generally it’s more of a case of too many words tumbling out of my mouth. Quite how they make it past my feet - I don’t know

That's a good point, I know before I'd just try to power through it but been needing to listen to my body more recently. It's hard though!

For me, it's mostly been find the right words to say. It's like I'm searching for it while dismissing other words that aren't quite right haha
