I am feeling slightly better. Been housebound all week due to crippling anxiety and panic attacks. But today I am going to get my nails done, haha!

The vibes here are... well it's a bloody jumble. Sadness about a friend. Excited about various things next week/weekend. Slightly stressed when I look at emails and I've got to send something off before tomorrow. It's very much all the vibes. At once.

I'm not sure how I feel right now , lots of contemplation, someone has actually really upset me but equally I'm frustrated I've let them and it keeps hitting me.
