If you're talking about Perrin I know people that have had it and it's a bit of a load of bollocks. Very very costly and nothing better than a decent massage.

Royal Marsden Hospital has a decent section on lymphatic drainage techniques. I'd ask a medical practitioner advice for you specifically, rather than relying on fab friends or Google to give you anything but generic info.
