When I get in real late from work, I’m talking 2 or3 in the morning late, I just Chuck a tin of baked beans in a bowl and zapp them in the microwave and then a bag of uncle bens 2 minute rice, usually spicy Mexican, when done just empty the bag of rice into the bowl of beans and give it all a good stir to fully incorporate, sit back and consume with a spoon.

I can be sat down eating something hot and tasty within 10 minutes of walking in the door.

Does make you fart a lot though

Actually it's a favourite generally. Even in labour I sat in the hospital bath and scoffed a quiche - just shovelled it in, no cutlery
