"Lol what a question. I went to boarding school and the tuck shop was an old walk on safe next to the headmaster's study. The best things were Wham bars, honeycomb chocolate, Dinosour Eggs (huge sour gobstoppers) and a box of old broken biscuits (from Safeway's I think!) Those great big balls you sucked for days!!! Changing colour through the layers? Our tuckshop was at break and before school, sold from a table at the fire escape to the kitchen. Great times."

"We did, but the thing I remember most were these coconut cookies that were baked/sold before school/in the morning break. Love! All for the princely sum of 10p - yes, I'm that old! " Similar. School sold homemade biscuits (oat, ginger, shortbread etc) for 10p each - they were pretty big. Or there was Aussie crunch or tiffin for 30p. Or puxkyn mix type sweets for between 2p and 10p depending on the sweets.
