Sun bed bean flickery

So I was interacting with this lady last year who sent me some pics of her engaging in some self love on the sunbed, I thought "that's different" but I've seen simular pics floating about since.

Is this a thing? Is there something about a sunbed that makes your lady bits get excitable or are these people rare cases?
