Hey everyone, just a message of support for anyone having a tough time at the moment. I've struggled massively the past few years with anorexia and anxiety. It felt like i was never going recover or escape from darkness that seemed to follow me but by taking small steps everyday and getting into a positive mindset my life has changed I've been in recovery for a year now it's hard sometimes, but I'm determined to have a better life. For anyone struggling, it does get better if you start taking small steps everyday
