When the powers that be become tired of his corruption he is murdered and his uncle, Claudius is then named is successor. I won't tell you how it ends - you will have to watch it to the end to find out.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I watched it all a couple of years ago. The acting still holds up but the very studio production does show its age. It's still brilliant though.

I find that with a lot of things I watched in the past. I rave about them to my kids, they come on TV so we watch them and I think 'god this is crap!' (and they agree!)

Maybe my fond memories should stay just that
