I couldn't do nights either. I somehow filled up with gas and it made me really ill (tmi) Its a very out of body experience, the tiredness afterwards too. My sister has worked nights for years and loves it though.

I love my night shifts, but there is evidence saying it shortens your life expectancy and other health risks! But hey, someone's got to do it!

Plus I love coming home in the morning and getting into my bed to sleep!

I work nights through the week and I actually enjoy it.

Plenty of time in the daytimes then to do things that are normally a pain to do.

Plus, you can't beat afternoon delights...

After 29 years of full time work, about 23 of them have been nights, the last 20 consistently. I don't know how people can get out of bed before 1pm, I really don't. I think you're either a natural night owl, or you're not. If you're not, nights will depress you in the end.

Been on nights for 2 years solid I think I'm getting sick of it but enjoy the extra money but it's ruined my sex life social life aswel and their to short staffed to let me back on days

Worked nights for 24 years. Im used to it now. Has awful effect on eating. Still after all this time i dont know what meal i should have and when so just eat what i want when i want!
