Just got over half a tank of diesel so going to fill up today.

I think it's going to be about £35.

Wish me luck.

Yep the price is on the increase again. We currently spend about £160 a week on diesel, it's horrendous.

All over

Everything constantly going up. It's free for all with prices at the mo. We seem to have lost the plot whilst so many people find it difficult to make ends meet. I renewed car and home insurance yesterday. 55% up from last year and nobody could better it. Just had the energy bill. Another example of fleecing and everyone has gone pretty much quiet on that. Just examples of uncontrolled pice inncreases affecting daily life.

What happened to all those fuel protests?

Fuel will increase to £2 a litre and we would still pay it.

I'm glad to say that I don't do the miles I used to.I reckon I only spend about £50 per month on fuel and normally manage to have a couple of car-free days each week.

We all grin and bear in this country. We might have a wimper of a moan from time to time but generally accept out lot.And sadly if some are lucky to be able not to care, usually that's fine as long as the rest keep quite. Just throw some bread and a bit of entertainment as the romans did every now and then and all will be good
