I guess it was reflex action to just grab anything in the hope it would stop her ascent.

The shop keeper was swift in getting her back down. I’m not sure I would have been able to get her down as fast had I left a shop to see a woman dangling like that from the shutters

She was quite close to falling on her head at one point, it could have ended very badly for her.

Apparently it was a one stop shop in wales

Think it said the lady was instore cleaner and was waiting for management leaning on the shutters all joking aside must been a terrible experience
