A spell on the forums!!

Worked for me during some stressful times - and even for minor irritations - there's always something posted that makes me chuckle!

Oh - and then wine, cake, chocolate, boobs, bums........

I look out of my window.....have a great _iew from work out across the bay..often see theseals playing and occasionally get a minke whale or two

.

.

.

At home...just look outta the window at the seals playing and on a good night can sit out in the garden and watch the northern lights...or at certain times of the year hear the whales mooing, barking or whatever it is they do as the make their way past MY island

.

.

The simple pleasures

The pets will cheer me up when I get home for certain.

Think of happy memories, plan holidays, go for a walk with the dog, hug the pets, cook and eat something nice, etc. etc...
