"Our home insurance went up by £8 I think. The car insurance isn't due yet ... we're dreading that. " Home insurance up by 55%  and would not budge. Apparrently because of all the flood claims even though I am not in such area, grrrrrr | |||

"Another symptom of broken Britain I've never felt so despondent and lacking in hope for the future of this country " I was in a public loo yesterday and a random woman was shouting through the door at me that the country has gone to the dogs. Then started in on a rant about conditions and how she wouldn't want to be young again. All because the hand dryer wouldn't work. 
I don't think insurance prices are a symptom of 'broken Britain' though | |||

" Saga quoted nearly twice as much It is what it is sadly. Standing on corners may not be too bad when the weather gets a little better  | |||

Stayed with same company as comparison sites and the ones that are not on them could not better it. It's milk and bread for the next year. Damn it.
