There's more men on site so in theory a bigger pool for women to fish in.

But just because there's more fish it doesn't mean they'll be a good catch.

It's hard for both is probably the honest answer.

Men are quite fickle & non committal on here, it’s hard to find a decent 1 for sure. I find with online sites, men are always looking for that greener grass instead of seeing what’s right I front of them

It's probably about even. Men get hardly any responses, and women have to wade through so much bullshit that they're lucky if they find a decent fwb amongst all the dross.

So as easy as it appears for women to get laid here, it's not easy making a quality connection.

This mansplaination comes from many conversations with ladies, and seeing this thread topic recycled 100 times (like every thread)

Agreed. Women receive more offers, but those do not necessarily translate into FWBs.

But FWB is very different to dating. Very different. I’d say FWB is more aligned to a swinger site than a dating one, FWB and swinging both agree the relationship is a pleasurable, respectful sexual exchange with no intention of developing the relationship into commitment

I disagree. I want to find someone who has the same interests as me, who actively attends clubs. So for me fab is the best place to find someone. Dating apps are dire. I know lots of people who’ve met from fab and going to clubs, who are now in relationships or married.

I think so. Genuine nice guys, get trampled on. Im not in a race or panic.

Firstly; I do concede though I’m not your ‘typical’ 80% er, searching for women, adding a Dick pic next to sky remote, or photo of me hanging out the back of someone.

I tend not to talk much about sex, and really looking to connect minds first. This appears to be where I lose people, if I even get that far!!

On my wife’s profile (our shared couples profile she manages) the men want me out of the picture, and want my wife to themselves, until she tells them we’re a package.

The same men, having no luck, later in time; frequent my solo profile (of which there are no ties to our joint profile) and ask if they can suck me or if I’m free, or if i fancy a fuck!

But, I still haven’t met anyone who wants to get to know me further in the FWB sense of things.

I was hoping to maybe discover some of those who have values and principles that align; I have had a few lovely conversations, but most are incidental conversations where I’ve not been searching, they’ve not either, they’ve passed by said hi; not revealed any interest and moved on; & I don’t chase or hound those who pass through.

I’m quiet charismatic in real world and in my career, I lead with joy and laughter, but here I feel like I’m a fun sponge, cos I’m not competing, not able to convey my true sense of self; I end up filtering out ruined souls and those who are in portrayal.

I have taken now to having my profile kept hidden. I’m all set to not meet anyone on here. Like me they don’t wanna be found by wrong ones, but makes it impossible to found by the right ones, and that’s okay.

Just here for the forums and you pervy nut-jobs & my handful of Friends.
