On average, 1-3 times per week at the moment. It is not down to a lack of desire, but more of a lack of energy (from either of us), especially due to the stresses of work and raising a young child.

If I was twenty years younger and in a steady relationship, three time per week would have been the minimum, I reckon.

It doesn't really work as an average for me because it really depends on my cycle. When I'm ovulating, I'm truly feral and I can't get enough of it. Average then? At least a few times a day. If it's my time of the month? Maybe once that week. Twice probably.

I'm going with sex being all forms, not just penetrative.

former fwb & I have just reacquainted after 2yrs apart, and we had this conversation today. I'm in the final 12 weeks of my degree so I told him sex would have to be limited to once a week until I graduate, then he can have me as often as he likes
