90s. Financially we were in a boom. Madchester music was awesome. We had some of the hottest summers. Some of the best, and most iconic films were in the cinema.

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

Definitely the 90's. Technology had come far enough. No social media. Far more interaction in the real world. People seemed more grounded and sane in general. Quality of life and actual purchasing power was better than today.

Possibly the last great decade for creativity in music.

It's ok to reminisce....It's not "living in the past"....some forms of meditation involve going back in your mind to reminisce about a very happy time in your life.... absolutely no harm in it whatsoever

For me it has to be the 60s.

Plenty of jobs, new car every 6 months, really good pubs, First Spanish holidays, Keys in the bowl parties - swinging in its early form - Mini skirts arrived on the scene, Music was good and helped along by pirate radio stations until arrival of Radio 1 in 1967.

No internet,no mobile phones, no Netflix and others.

I could relive the 90's over and over.

The rave scene was amazing. Games were actually fun and innovative. TV and films were so good. Social media hadn't turned most users into KBWs. Online dating wasn't immensely popular, manipulative and expensive. People were friendlier and less paranoid (at least in my hometown at the time).

The list goes on, really. It's been a shitshow since, that doesn't seem to be improving at all. Perhaps that is my own warped view, but it's definitely how it feels.

Early 80's. Goodbye disco music.

Punk was taking a firmer hold and morphine in to post-punk, fashion was blossoming, new wave romantacism, synths were changing the musical landscape with fresh, exciting new sounds, and therefore new musical possibilities.
