What can I do with brown sauce as an ingredient?

As others have said, anything with minced beef.

I would also suggest using it in stews, soups and casseroles.

Why do you have loads dont you like it?

If so whatever you do wont be great, better just gift it to someone or leave it in a decent cafe.

That sounds like an idea tbh!

I'll try a mince dish or casserole, and if no success ensues, I'll leave it at work

Brown sauce can add depth of flavour to a shepherd's pie. Mix it with ground beef mince, vegetables, and seasonings before topping with mashed potatoes and banging it in the over.

It's nice in a bacon butty or spread over any cold meet sarnie....Lovely with any cooked meats too.

Nice drizzled over bacon & cabbage also....I know someone who uses it as a relish for cheese sarnies....but I've never tried that....Think I just might right now though cos I've got cathedral extra mature white cheddar & the freshest whole meal bread & a bottle of chef brown sauce....here goes
