I dated a girl for a year who had terrible back pain from her boobs. It also made it hard for her to sleep comfortably because she had no choice but to wear a bra or she could roll onto her boob and... well, pain!

I suggested she get a reduction but, she was convinced it would negatively effect her appeal with men.
