It’s just one of those nights where anxiety has decided it’s going to rule my life

Currently sat up watching family guy biting at my nails

Anyone else get these random attacks? Haven’t had a bad one in a while but like…damn

Try make a list about everything that worries you so it’s out of your head? Basically ‘park’ it for the night - so you can sleep.

Yes.

Open your body, shoulders back, palms turned up. It’s hard to be anxious when your body is posed to be confident.

Ground yourself. Name out loud :

5 things you can see right now. Then

4 things you can hear right now. Then

3 things you can feel right now. Then

2 things you can smell right now. Then

1 thing you can taste right now.

Night times are bad. I realy wish those groups you can go along to to talk with people were in the mornings. I’m more inclined to talk at that time.

Hope you feel better today op.
