I am in love with all the characters on the Big Bang Theory especially Sheldon, I can't help but lol at every episode I watch even if I've seen it before.

The best bit of all, for me, is one of the Xmas specials. Sheldon gets Penny some 'smellies', but buys about a dozen baskets just to make sure he is giving something of equal value.

Penny hands him a plain box containing a napkin. Sheldon opens is and looks puzzled...

Penny: "Turn it over"

Sheldon (reading): "To Sheldon, Live long and prosper. Leonard .... Nimoy!"

Sheldon, shocked, sits in the arm of the chair.

Penny: "Sorry it's dirty - he wiped his mouth on it.."

Sheldon jumps up, VERY excited.

Sheldon: "You mean I have the DNA of Leonard Nimoy????????"

Do you know what this means???

All I need is a healthy ovum and I can grow my own Leonard Nimoy!!!!!"

Still wet myself at that one whenever I watch it, and still can't believe I had to explain it to people!!!!

In my own little world

I looked after a guy through his breakdown who WAS Sheldon Cooper except his specialism was public transport.

I crack up at the likeness but he can't see it. We had set days for certain meals and I couldn't sit in his 'spot'. He even introduced me to the American singer, who wrote a song about the periodic table.

I think I kinda lived the Big Bang for nearly a year.

Also a big bang fan. Love watching the re-runs and picking up on the bits I missed first time. Sheldon is one of the funniest characters I have ever seen on tv and backed up by a great set of characters. That Amy Fowler sure knows how to dress to turn on a man

Love this show and all the characters...can't honestly choose a favourite from the whole cast as they all have made me laugh and even managed to tug at my heartstrings! Love the relationship between Sheldon and Penny as it's one that shouldn't work but really does
