Just timed how long it takes my bread to toast, and coordinated it with my eggs poaching - 2m 45s for perfect results.

A drop of vinegar too. I used a large frying pan today - found it less messy, but had to make sure the top of the yolk sealed by spooning water over them.

... started off crap... left home at 7.40am... didn't get to work until 9am , it usually only takes 30 minutes by bus... took an hour and it was like a sardine can... and there's a lot of people with verbal diarrhoea in today...
