Right, I know I am risking the wrath of those who are adverse to repeat threads but here it goes. What's for tea/dinner?

I am having a nice spanish omelette and lots of salad with a mix of diffetent types of melon for after topped with some greek yogurt, nuts, drizzled honey and a sprinkling of cinammon .

How many eggs in your omelette?

We had roast pork (shoulder), carrots, cauliflower and roast potatoes for Mr N. Gravy natch.

Later on we'll have mango, raspberries and Greek yogurt. We're just having after dinner coffee and I might break out a couple of squares if 70% cocoa dark chocolate

Very nice indeed. Six eggs in tbe omelette and lots of parmesan cheese. And not eating it all (with six eggs). Only a third of that for me. Took the rest to the neighbour as not very well and I took few things at weekend and today so not to worry about cooking.

Vegan, plant-based burger topped with organic field mushrooms, chives and Jarlsberg cheese. It was an eclectic mix but satisfying nevertheless.
