Sitting at home today, randomly got to thinking about those songs that you’ve not maybe heard in years - the absolute bangers - the ones that bring back memories of the past etc etc and decided wanted to make a list.

For example - City High - what would you do (randomly heard it earlier and took us back!)

What songs are you adding?

Personally not into house / techno / drum and bass and heavy metal! So ideally avoid those ones

Elkie Brookes, Pearl’s a Singer sprang instantly to mind. Have not heard if for years, but it transports me back to a very specific time in my teens

Howard Jones - New Song

It popped on my Auto DJ Spotify a minute ago. Not played that in years so I don't know how the algorithm works.

Still great song.

"Kayleigh by Marillion popped into my head a while ago. No freakin idea why."

Maybe because you read a post where I jokingly alluded to it a couple of days ago?

Can't remember the topic right now!
