What students from places like Saudi Arabia do, is go away for the weekend to places where it's either not illegal or at least easier to come by. How do I know? Occasionally you'll find Santa with heat exhaustion or similar. I'd regularly get in trouble when shopping with my parents as a teenager when "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas" would come on in the shopping areas all done up with cotton wool. "I didn't specify the campus, that was your interpretation. A university consists if its campus and its students. If you look back, you'll see the reference to alcohol was in terms of the students drinking and spending today recovering from their hangovers.
