"thank you for your suggestions. Regarding the lovely compliments, I do take them on board but I'm unhappy with the reflection/shape/weigh in the mirror. A change of meds hasn't helped the weight but it's helped me massively with my mental health and now I feel ready to become healthier and drop some weigh. I've not exercised properly for 6yrs, so very unfit but I'm 1 week into a 28 day fitness schedule using kettlebells/dumbbells and body weigh. Also doing steps daily. And stretches and yoga. I've been shopping, and making a few meals for the next few days. " What you think is the most important. My son is doing sports science and suggests 20 to 30g of protein in a breakfast. His go to’s are eggs, nut butters, yoghurt and fruit. When he’s splashing out goes for smoked salmon and guacamole with eggs. I’ve also made him a Shakshuka, with added spinach in the past. | |||
