Can you define more feminine? I don't use skincare to get more feminine (skin). It depends what kind of skin you have - oily / dry / sensitive / combination?

I'd recommend a weekly 'at home' facial.

Cleanse, steam, exfoliate, moisture mask, tone, moisturise and massage.

A hot cloth cleanser daily and vitamin c moisturiser.

I don't think it matters what moisturiser you use as long as you use one. Also use sunscreen on your face, chest and hands even in winter. I wish I had

I’m looking to soften the tissue of my skin all over not just face. Even though I’m smooth all my skin still looks manly. Looking for more soft no wrinkles. Hard to explain

Mainly looking for all over skin care for softer looking skin.

What mask you recommend

Any of the sheet masks with a serum in them. Massage the serum into you chest and neck too.

All over softer skin is achieved in a similar way I think. Exfoliate weekly (go careful on your chest area), moisturise daily and use a good, moisturising shower gel.

My skin was at it's softest when I used a sauna weekly

You could also get some cotton gloves and apply a thick coating of hand cream, put the gloves on and leave for twenty mins. Even more effective if you can warm them somehow. Same goes for feet, get some of those foot mask things and moisture daily.

Have I mentioned moisturise ?

A lot of moisturisers I’ve tried have had no affect and sticky feeling all day

Deleted my reply because it made no sense .

I don't find that. I'm currently using a Dove pro age body butter

No wrinkles is down to avoiding the sun so wearing sunscreen every day is the main thing (as nicecouple said). And Retinol is what is generally recommended to improve the signs of ageing (used at night). I've never aimed for softer skin on my face but I'd probably go for an oil-based cleanser daily and a serum followed by a rich moisturiser.

yes you can use moisturising cream. but there is another product that you can use as well.

Aftercare sun lotion used when you get sunburnt as it rehydrats the skin faster.

When my skin becomes rough , in the colder months, my dermatologist recommended The Ordinary AHA 30% BHA 2% Peeling Solution. It’s a 10 minute exfoliating facial done at home. The bottle is less than £10 and I’ve had it more than a year and still have more than half of the product. I use it up to twice a week when needed. Vitamin E as a moisturiser and sun cream daily.

UV exposure is the primary reason that skin ages. That's year round. Fake tan is the answer.
