I set up a couple profile yesterday and it was up and running for 24 hours - I paid for gold membership and we had received a verification on our profile. Just now we got the profile (unlimited filth) suspended as they wanted us to photo verify - which we have done but they will not verify our account!!! Happy to take our money tho!!

Maybe it's your status asking for veris?

Maybe you need to have the pic verified first?

How long ago did you send the pic for photo verification?

On my couples profile it took approx 24 hours for it to be verified.

We got verified within the hour. We imagine on weekends its alot slower.

Don’t say it takes 10min then also why couples have to be phot verified yet there are thousands of single males etc who have been on for over a year and aren’t . Don’t get me wrong I think everyone should be photo verified before yoh can do any interaction on the site stop all the catfishing and fake profiles

Totally agree on needing to be verified before you can interact since the verification picture isnt shown. I get some people need anonimity but thats granted since the pic isnt shared.

Some people have to do a compulsory PV. All I can suggest is patience is needed after you do it as sometimes it may take time depending on the day or if there are enough Mods logged in
