i am going to view a flat on weds, i went and looked at the outside today, and its a house ssplit in to two flats, does that man it gonna be a tiny flat?

Not necesarily, i've just moved out of a flat, mine was the bottom half of the house, good size living room, bedroom. medium sized kitchen, and the bathroom was a tad small, but i was there alone, if i hadnt of got accomadation with my new job i'd of been there a long time :0)

some people say we need space to think and be ourselves.

others say to much space is lonely,cold and heartbreaking.

you only know by stepping in and feeling if its right for you.
