Anything by the Blues Brothers - particularly 'Flip, Flop, Fly' and 'Shake A Tailfeather'. Reminds me of fun times watching the Chicago Blues Brothers.

"What song triggers a certain memory..good or bad?"

As a musician, music is intrinsically woven into every aspect of my life. A huge proportion of songs have many memories attached to them... silence however has only bad memories.

Session 32.

Hallelujah.

Make me think of exes.

Hey, what’s wrong with you, you’re looking kinda down to me! - that song is mine and my fiancé’s song. Makes me smile big time.

So many songs, that’s the beauty of music, I can hear a tune from 40 or 50 years ago that I haven’t heard in ages or even am not particularly fond of but it will instantly raise a vivid memory.

somewhere

Can’t pick just one song that brings back good memories as I have so many.

One song I detest because of the memory that goes with it is Freya Ridings Lost without you, I’d rather sit in silence than hear that song.

Luther randross-dance with my father

Because I wish I could see him again died at age 48 lung cancer.

This song always makes me cry.

Barbie girl lol ?? when I was very young and be dancing to this in my bedroom my dad always used to come in dancing to it taking piss but in a funny way doing the actions and moves to it.now my kids love this song and everytime its played it Reminds me of my dad and the gd times with him I had ??

Have plenty of songs that remind me of ex's that still get me everytime they come on but they don't mean as much to me as Luther randross and barbie girl songs!

I post d this on another thread on the other day about some music I have only just come a cross. The name of the song is

"the silence" by Manchester Orchestra.

The song is about feelings of isolation, fear and the search for the meaning of life. The song delves into themes of mortality, hopelessness, and the constant battle to break free from the silence and find genuine connection with others.

It kind of somes up the way I feel right now. Which is not a good thing really. Music for me has a deep impact on my mood and really drives the way I feel so I should probably stop listening to this.

Though it is a really, Really good song.
