All I've done is reply to a thread. He's in the UK every second day, flying in from the US when he could zoom testimony, have lawyer represent or just hear outcomes. I've no hatred for the guy - judges have rules in his favour so there's been a case to answer. I didn't even know the thread was about him until his name was mentioned.

And in raising awareness that something is a problem and it’s something you would do routinely anyway then you could just reduce it a bit.

These things make more impact on a grander scale. If your one flight changes the behaviour of just one or two other people then it is a worthwhile investment. The plan will be flying anyway.

This sort of Daily Mail stupidity does my head in. They really are a force for evil.

I am a little torn on the subject of saving the planet. I love our planet, Gaia, mother earth.

From what I can gather, it's not the planet at risk primarily; its ability to sustain human life, is under threat - by humans.

I am kind of looking at our crowning achievement as being history's greatest ever Darwin award. Ironically, this will be the best thing for the planet - less people to fuck it up.

When high profile people who do a lot for charity have multiple events on in one day, they wouldn't get to them on commercial flights.

The problem is the way we consume fossil fuels; which needs to be addressed, and how we are going forward with alternatives.

If you want to ban charity workers from taking flights for work, you must ban people using airplanes for leisure.
