It's complicated Op. Sometimes I'll wear something deliberately because I know that happens and can use it to my advantage.

Other times when I'm not inviting it it can make me feel incredible uncomfortable. Like when I'm wearing a shirt, fully buttoned (bar the top button) and they're trying to burn a hole in it with their gaze. Complicated.

In my 20s in a work environment it was awful... In my 50s I'd be very comfortable calling them out and taking further action if they continually did it.. Thankfully we have training now for men
