I have been invited to the Whitby Goth weekend. I have been before but I have never taken part in the festivities, though I have been asked to this year.

I am not a goth myself and thought I would embrace it for the weekend only but I have my first milestones. So for those of you in the know I asking for your help.

1. Custome, there seems to be lack of good costumes for men, lots for women. Anyone out me in the right direction? Oh and no gimp suits please

2. Goth fashion for the night outs, again no idea. Black skinny jeans seem to be the thing but I'm a gym rat and it's not always easy getting my legs into skinny jeans, again help please for ideas.

Don't think of trad goth outfits as a costume, it's not a fancy dress party..... It's a lifestyle choice

A pair of well tailored trousers, with a crisp dress shirt would do wonders more than skinny jeans if you're a gym rat and won't look like you're dressing up.

Google more for traditional goth style photos and use that to fit your gym bod.

I'm missing this WGW so I'm a bit gutted

When I said costume I meant no offence. What I did mean by it is that the group I am going with are wearing some strange outfits. Stuff that is not worn everyday. Most of the things I have seen online resembles bad anime or is extremely expensive
