I get stuck cook in the same things. I’ve got a pretty good repertoire of dishes, I can rip off, but I do still stick to my cooking what I know.

When’s the last time and what dish was the last thing you learned to cook?

My new one is creamy garlic chicken pasta. I’ve never cooked it before now, why I’ll never know, but it’s delicious.

I do make a nice chicken and chorizo risotto. Its quick and easy to put together, the trick is to keep stirring and add the chicken stock little and often until the rice is cooked through

All over

It has to be my brilliant frittata. Chuck everything in a frying pan, best a few eggs and lots of parmesan and there you go. It even made it yo a thread and had it's own ode too

Everything I bake tends to be the new. Because I’m not a desert person, I’ve never really found a favourite which I would bake over and over. So I think I’m always looking for something nicer.

Jamaican patties, kinda taught myself from trial and error. Cooking is a secret passion of mine I got loads of personal recipes if anyone wants some let me know.

I also recently concocted my own take on butter chicken

How many times have you seen a YouTube video? (Cause I reckon you’ll like me if you’re passionate about cooking where you watch food porn) and you see those short videos of somebody just smashing a recipe out in ridiculous ways, but the food looks fucking delicious and you try to lick your phone?

To be fair I’ve always cooked since i was a kid. all I have to do now is taste something and I’ll have an idea of how to remake it.

But I do get a lot food porn videos on my phone due to these Damn cookies that I didn’t consent to.

The last new thing would be a teriyaki salmon wild rice bowl.

I'm going to attempt to bake something on Friday. And decorate it. I'm a bit nervous but I've got all the ingredients now so will see how it goes.

That’s a good cook in my eyes. look at it this way, whoever was the 1st to cook a meal, who’s to say there was the best way. So I bet the way you cook is the best way for you anyway!

I recently came across ( behave ) Tuscan Chicken, on you tube. There are several, but I copied one from Kitchen Sanctuary. It's only amazing. Serve over mash, or even better, tagliatelle.

And what is white chicken Chili?"

It's a chili, but isn't tomato based ( cream cheese and chicken broth based) and instead of mince you use shredded chicken. The recipe I use on on cooking classy website.

Sounds so silly but ...gammon and vegetable soup! I never realised how easy soup is to make myself and its great for a vitamin boost in winter. You add cayenne pepper too as its a natural anti inflammatory.

Whipped up an Angel Food Cake. Came to the conclusion that it would be cheaper to buy one, if just for the cost of the sodding eggs alone!!
