Do you toss your pancakes? Does it always work or do you end up with half in the pan, all crumpled up, and half on the hob where batter slowly gloops into the burner to become eternally crusted on?

Or are you a flipper? Do they break up because they’re so thin and you wish you’d learned to toss?

Or have you entirely relinquished the faff of making pancakes because some dick has put into your head the thought of masturbationalising yourself?
