Anybody been to kestrals/abfab in Heathrow and is willing to share the experience they had, id love to know what the vibe is like so I could potentially take my Mrs there, she's very shy FYI.

Your profile states your a single man and looking to meet women but you are asking about your shy wife? Can you please clarify or have I misunderstood something.

Sat I think no single guys. Just couples. And Fri, single guys need to book in advance. I have seen single guys who did not pre-book being turned away.

As far as Kestrel/Abfab is concerned. Clean, safe (proof of id and address etc) professionally run and good folks attending. In house Bar. Accepts card or cash. Parking available. You can also tell the management you are new to this. I’m sure they will advise you well.

For shy people, I suggest begin going at quieter times. Though really it doesn’t matter.
