Adding ghost chilli to your breakfast taking it a step too far? I think I may have overdone it a soupcon.

Mistakes may have been made.

I have never heard of the ghost chilli before, but after googling it all I can do is wish you all the best and hope you feel better soon!

"Did you add ghost chilli to cornflakes or Weetabix ?"

My breakfast was sautéed wild boar chorizo, red peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and spring onions with some dried smoked jalapeños and dried ghost chilli. Served with duck eggs on wholemeal toast.

Made my mouth very happy

I did consider the Carolina reaper chilli, but common sense prevailed.

Oh no,

Dinner tonight is reverse seared ribeye in a cardamon and pomegranate rub and a whisky buerre noisette sauce with asparagus and garlic and rosemary roast new potatoes.
