Beak and Burning Sky's make some of the best IPA's. The Kernel Brewery is excellent. Northern Monk is pretty reliable along with Thornbridge.

I'm not a fan of most Brewdogs, but Hazey Jane is great.

If you can get it, the Seirra Nevada fresh hop celebration ale is incredible.

"The original Brewdog IPA"

Punk? I like that too but prefer their session IPA Dead Pony Club if drinking more than a couple

I used to love making beer with my dad. Hate the taste if it though.

Cider is good, that comes in a pint glass too, so pretty close.

Do you make the ‘blob’ yourself in a pan or buy them ready made?

I used to follow Mikkeller's ideas experimenting with wild yeasts from the forest ! But then I converted from beer to bread….

My dad used to make homebrew but he could never be arsed waiting for it, so he always used to drink it flat and get absolutely smashed.
