The Chief of Police for Hertfordshire,which is famous as the county that actually shot down the first German Zeppelin in world War 1, has demoted one of his Inspectors to Sergeant.. His crime. Selling his old police trousers online.. does the punishment fit the crime...?

What is going on here guys. Did the Chief of Police take this in his stride. It's all over the news
