We have 3 or 4 balloons around the house right now. There was a birthday in the house yesterday so I had to blow some up.

I've never been in a hot air balloon though. I'm not sure I want to.

I've actually been wanting to go to the Bristol balloon fiesta for years, but we always seem to be in Scotland when it happens. I have seen the start of the Telford one though. It's lovely to watch.

I don't like balloons (plastics bore, I'm afraid).

However, hot air balloons are fun. My favourite has been in Myanmar over the huge temple complex in Bagan at sunrise.

Prob wouldn't recommend it atm though

I usually do balloons on birthdays, but with the pets we have, if they so much as touch the floor the static picks up all the hair and they end up furry. Furry balloons hanging in pairs gives a whole different effect
