Any recommendations from locals about good gyms. Looking to start up soon but never been to a gym so sum advice would be good

Hamiltons in Colchester. The people who run it are wonderful and what they don’t know about fitness probably isn't worth knowing. I used to be trained by one of the owners, and also used to train clients there.
