I heard of a guy who moved departments and colleagues would turn up in original department asking “where’s ‘e gone?” So he got the nickname Egon.

Was in a chemistry class a level, female friend next to me mid class was showing me a series of photos of her weekend towards her meeting a guy she'd met, this was hidden below the desk.

When she got to the pic of the guy she pointed down and said that's Colin. The whole class looked at us seeing her essentially pointing at my crotch.

For the next few years including my them gf then referred to my cock as colin

I got a fella I used to work with called "chaz"

He's the loveliest geezer, a little more on the spectrum than most.

One day at a bar with a couple of work colleagues he comes out of the bathroom and says something to the line off.

I had a similar friend who was a Richard Headley

Same outcome for a nickname

We also had a guy join the army called kieff

My mate thought it said Kiev so called him chicken

30 years later he’s still known as chicken to all his military mates
